A Chartered Accountant & a Company secretary by qualifications, Mr. Apurva Gandhi entered the Debt Market way back in 1998 when it was at a very nascent stage. He now commands a rich experience of more than 19 years primarily in the fixed income segment.

Prior to joining Tipsons Group in 2004, he worked as Head – Treasury of a large Bank and also served as an being an active member of various Committees including Credit, NPA, IT & New Initiatives at the Bank.

He has been one of the main drivers of the Group’s ascent to the leadership position into the Fixed Income Segment to where it is right now. Under his active leadership and vision, the Group forayed into various verticals viz., Investment Banking, Merchant Banking, NBFC, Broking, Consulting, Commodities, Renewable Energy, etc.

Mr. Jigar Vaishnav

Mr. Jigar Vaishnav association with Tipsons Group goes back to the initial year of active Fixed Income Market. An M.Com. LLB by profession, he now has more than 15 years of experience & association with the Group.

Mr. Vaishnav has been mainly responsible for the Business Development for the Group primarily connected with the Proprietary Dealing on Institutional side. An expert in his domain, he has been instrumental in forging meaningful clientele relationships for the Group primarily by identifying the clients’ needs through understanding the markets and instruments when they are at nascent stage of development.

Mr. Sandeep Bhansali

B.Com ,Chartered Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst (AIMR ) USA, Has close to 15 years of work experience in the field of Investment and Merchant Banking, Fixed Income Securities, Project Financing, Structured & Corporate Finance. Has been part of Treasury Advisory Group (TAG) in HDFC bank advising Forex and Derivative products for large corporate clients. Actively engaged in crafting and executing new business strategies.
